Return Policy

Other than custom made luggage cart products, SICO® accepts returns of luggage cart product(s) as long as the merchandise is returned in new condition (unused) with all original boxes (including packaging materials) and accessories. All returns are subject to our inspection and approval.


No returned goods will be accepted unless written consent is given by the SICO Customer Care department. All returned products are subject to a minimal re-stocking charge unless item(s) are damaged and refused in shipping or manufacturing error has been determined. Special order merchandise is not returnable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
